This is one dish I have come to love. I must admit that I do go a little lighter on the bell pepper though.
1 lb ground chuck
1 cup uncooked rice
1 can cream of onion soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 chopped onion
1 chopped bell pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbs Canola oil
Slightly brown ground chuck in oil. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Serves 6.
