Chicken Pot Pie - Quick and Easy!

1 package Chicken Rice
1 can canned chicken (10 oz), undrained
1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup
2 cups mixed vegetables, fresh or frozen
3/4 cup Milk
1 can biscuits, cut in quarters
2 tsp butter or margarine

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook rice according to package directions. In a 3 quart baking dish, combine rice, soup, chicken, vegetables and milk.

Flatten biscuits with hands and place on top of rice mixture. Dot with butter. Bake in oven for 35 minutes.
