If fresh vegetables are not available you can substitute a 10 oz package of frozen okra and a 14-½ oz can of tomatoes.
- 2 cups ½-inch pieces of fresh okra
- ½ stick margarine
- ½ cup water
- Salt to taste
- 3 cups diced fresh tomatoes
Serves 4-6.
