Bob Gurkin’s Irish Crème

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1-3/4 cups Irish whiskey
4 egg whites
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
1 tablespoon instant coffee
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon almond extract

Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Bottle and steep in the refrigerator for one week. Will last up to 1 month refrigerated. Enjoy!
